Greens, Goat Cheese, Orange and Fennel Salad

Ingredients
- 4 C mixed greens
- 2 ea navel orange, 1 zested and sectioned, 1 juiced
- 1 T white wine vinegar
- olive oil
- 1 1/2 t fennel seeds, chopped
- 1/4 lb goat cheese
Instructions
- Whisk together the vinegar, orange juice and olive oil. Add the fennel seeds and orange zest, then season to taste.
- Dress the greens, plate, garnish with the goat cheese and orange sections, and serve chilled.
