Greens, Goat Cheese, Orange and Fennel Salad

  1. Whisk together the vinegar, orange juice and olive oil. Add the fennel seeds and orange zest, then season to taste.
  2. Dress the greens, plate, garnish with the goat cheese and orange sections, and serve chilled.
